Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or full refund of your item but only if your order was received damaged. Please inspect the package immediately upon arrival and if the packaging is damaged take a photo of it before opening it.

Please note that as all canvasses and fine art prints are custom made to order we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or if the wrong size or type of finish of the artwork was ordered. 

Please contact us here within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, a photo of the barcode label on the packaging, and your Order ID.

To start a return, you can contact support here first. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, usually within 10 business days, however, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
